Traceability

By combining process information with data integration, the APV Production Server is capable of transforming fragmented data into real-time plant intelligence. There is no longer any need to be an expert in the field of data manipulation or to know how to access data from a variety of different control systems. The ability to track and trace batches is now greatly simplified.

Whilst it has long been possible to keep records of each batch on paper and still meet regulatory requirements, APV offers a solution that greatly simplifies the task, providing a large amount of specific, detailed information in a very short timeframe. By using the APV Production Server it is possible to have solutions ranging from equipment traceability in a process cell to a full integration of traceability within the business systems.
